'WillowNotebookGrove started with one clear vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with New York. Established by the Rossi family in 1987, our pizzeria began as a cozy, family-run spot built on recipes passed down through the years.
Luca Rossi, our founder, honed her craft while traveling across Italy, learning from master pizzaiolos in Naples, the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she set out to recreate the spirit of authentic Italian pizza using time-tested techniques and top-quality ingredients.
What was once a tiny 12-seat eatery has become a cherished neighborhood favorite, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity remains unchanged. We still bake in wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough fresh each day, and source the finest ingredients available.
Today, 'WillowNotebookGrove is still family-owned and operated, with the second generation of the Rossi family guiding our devoted team. While we’ve welcomed thoughtful innovations, our core mission endures: making delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
